Privacy Policy
Controller and contact
The data controller is Origine LLC. The privacy contact is Sevil Ökmen. Address: 8 The Green – Suite #7881, Dover, DE 19901, US. Contact hello@origine.us with privacy questions and requests.
Inquiries, proposals, and scheduling
We use contact and project information to understand your request, prepare a proposal, and respond. Inquiries are saved in WordPress; a failed notification email does not mean no record exists. We use Zoho Mail for email. If you contact us on WhatsApp, we may reply there; promotional telephone calls are not planned. Calendly bookings involve name, email, and meeting time and connect to Google Calendar. Automated note-taking is not used.
Analytics, advertising, and recipients
Our technology scope includes Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Ads. Depending on configuration, online identifiers, device/browser information, and interaction data may be processed for analytics, conversions, and advertising personalization. Google Tag Manager use is undecided; Microsoft Clarity is outside the scope. Bluehost and Zoho support technical services; Calendly and Google support scheduling. Providers’ own policies for independent activities do not remove Origine’s obligations for its own processing.
United States visitors
Your rights depend on your state of residence and the applicability of its laws. Where applicable, send access, correction, deletion, portability, or opt-out requests to hello@origine.us. Response and any appeal procedures follow the applicable law.
California
Where the CCPA/CPRA applies, California residents have rights to know and access, correct, delete, opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, limit certain sensitive-information uses, and exercise rights without discrimination. Authorized agents may submit requests; appropriate identity and authority verification may be needed. Disclosures to advertising providers may constitute sale or sharing depending on configuration; the absence of monetary payment alone does not resolve this assessment. No blanket promise that information is never sold or shared is made here.
Browser signals and choices
Global Privacy Control and the legacy Do Not Track signal are different mechanisms. This notice does not promise that a system automatically processing these signals is installed. You may contact us with applicable opt-out requests. Browser settings allow you to block or delete cookies; doing so does not automatically delete records previously created on servers. The Cookie Policy describes the technology scope.
Security and requests
Internal access is restricted to the founders. No internet transmission or storage method is guaranteed to be absolutely secure. Contact us to request correction or deletion. Only information appropriate to verification should be requested; do not send identity documents through the general inquiry form. The Personal Data Notice explains request procedures under the KVKK.
Where information is processed
The reported hosting and backup location is the United States. The founders access information from Turkey. Use of Bluehost, Zoho, Calendly, Google, and advertising providers may involve processing abroad. Our US correspondence address does not mean all providers conduct every operation in that country. Applicable international-transfer requirements must be addressed separately; this notice is not itself a transfer agreement or safeguard.
Retention
Our retention policy for service inquiries and associated Zoho email correspondence is three years from the last contact. Contracts, invoices, and records needed for legal claims are considered separately under applicable obligations. Deletion requests are assessed with regard to WordPress records, email correspondence, and backup copies. This period is not the lifetime of every advertising cookie or provider record.
Age restriction and future services
Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over. Newsletter subscriptions and a separate document-upload service are not currently offered. Before launching them, we will explain their data categories, providers, and relevant permission processes. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Do not submit identity documents, passports, payment card information, or sensitive personal information through the general inquiry form.
Changes
We update this notice when our processing practices change and identify its revision date on the page. A policy change does not replace any separate permission required for a new use.
