Personal Data Notice (Turkish KVKK)
Controller and contact
The data controller is Origine LLC. The privacy contact is Sevil Ökmen. Address: 8 The Green – Suite #7881, Dover, DE 19901, US. Contact hello@origine.us with privacy questions and requests.
Scope and collection
This notice concerns people who submit service inquiries through origine.us, contact us by email or WhatsApp, or schedule through Calendly. Information is collected electronically through forms, correspondence, and bookings. Technical connection information may also be processed for site security.
Information processed
The inquiry form collects name, email, country, contact preference, selected service, and message. Business name is optional; a telephone number is required if you request a call. Inquiries are stored in WordPress and an email notification is generated. Scheduling involves first and last name, email, and the selected meeting time. Calendly is connected to Google Calendar; automated note-taking is not used.
Purposes and legal grounds
Information necessary to prepare a proposal or contract at your request and perform a contract is processed under Article 5(2)(c) of the Turkish KVKK. Business representatives’ information and general non-contractual inquiries are assessed under Article 5(2)(f), based on our legitimate interest in handling communications without harming fundamental rights and freedoms. Article 5(2)(ç) applies to legal obligations and Article 5(2)(e) to establishing, exercising, or protecting rights. Necessary security and abuse-prevention processing is assessed as a legitimate interest balanced against your rights. Analytics and advertising uses requiring permission rely on consent; submitting an inquiry does not provide that consent.
Recipients and disclosure purposes
Internal access is restricted to the founders. Bluehost provides hosting and backups; Zoho Mail provides email; Calendly and Google Calendar support scheduling. Our analytics and advertising scope includes Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Ads. Necessary information may be disclosed to relevant partners to deliver services; document handling is a separate process. Information may be disclosed to competent authorities where legally required.
Rights and requests
Where the KVKK applies, Article 11 provides rights to learn about processing, purposes and recipients; seek correction and, where statutory conditions apply, deletion or destruction and related recipient notifications; object to adverse outcomes from exclusively automated analysis; and seek compensation for unlawful processing. Send written requests to the company address. You may also write to hello@origine.us from an email address already recorded in our system; other legally valid request methods remain available. Verification appropriate to the request may be required. Valid requests are answered as soon as possible and within 30 days, subject to legally permitted fee exceptions.
Where information is processed
The reported hosting and backup location is the United States. The founders access information from Turkey. Use of Bluehost, Zoho, Calendly, Google, and advertising providers may involve processing abroad. Our US correspondence address does not mean all providers conduct every operation in that country. Applicable international-transfer requirements must be addressed separately; this notice is not itself a transfer agreement or safeguard.
Retention
Our retention policy for service inquiries and associated Zoho email correspondence is three years from the last contact. Contracts, invoices, and records needed for legal claims are considered separately under applicable obligations. Deletion requests are assessed with regard to WordPress records, email correspondence, and backup copies. This period is not the lifetime of every advertising cookie or provider record.
Age restriction and future services
Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over. Newsletter subscriptions and a separate document-upload service are not currently offered. Before launching them, we will explain their data categories, providers, and relevant permission processes. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Do not submit identity documents, passports, payment card information, or sensitive personal information through the general inquiry form.
Changes
We update this notice when our processing practices change and identify its revision date on the page. A policy change does not replace any separate permission required for a new use.
